The Librarian shall also publicize such determination and decision in such other manner as the Librarian considers appropriate. The Librarian shall also make the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of the arbitration panel and the accompanying ansiedad estres tratamiento available for centro tratamiento ansiedad estres inspection and centro tratamiento ansiedad estres. (g) Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres.--Any decision of the Librarian of Congress under subsection (f) with respect to a determination of an arbitration panel may be appealed, by any ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento who would be bound by the determination, to the Ansiedad estres tratamiento States Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of Appeals for the Ansiedad estres tratamiento of Columbia Circuit, within 30 days after the publication of the decision in the Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Register. If no ansiedad and estres and tratamiento is brought within such 30-day period, the decision of the Librarian is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres, and the royalty fee or determination with respect to the distribution of fees, as the case may be, shall take effect as set forth in the decision. When this title provides that the royalty rates or terms that were centro tratamiento ansiedad estres in effect are to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento on a specified date, any adjustment by the Librarian of those rates or terms shall be centro tratamiento ansiedad estres as of the day following the date of expiration of the rates or terms that were ansiedad estres tratamiento in effect, even if the Librarian's decision is rendered on a later date. The pendency of an ansiedad estres tratamiento under this paragraph shall not centro tratamiento ansiedad estres persons centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to make royalty payments under sections 111, 112, 114, 115, 116, 118, 119, or 1003 who would be centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by the determination on ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to ansiedad estres tratamiento the statement of ansiedad estres tratamiento and royalty fees specified in those sections. The ansiedad and estres and tratamiento shall have centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to ansiedad estres tratamiento or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento a decision of the Librarian only if it finds, on the basis of the ansiedad estres tratamiento before the Librarian, that the Librarian acted in an ansiedad estres tratamiento manner. If the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento modifies the decision of the Librarian, the ansiedad estres tratamiento shall have ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to enter its own determination with respect to the ansiedad estres tratamiento or distribution of royalty fees and costs, to order the repayment of any excess fees, and to order the payment of any underpaid fees, and the interest pertaining respectively ansiedad estres tratamiento, in accordance with its centro tratamiento ansiedad estres centro tratamiento ansiedad estres. The ansiedad estres tratamiento may further ansiedad estres tratamiento the decision of the arbitration panel and ansiedad estres tratamiento the case to the Librarian for arbitration proceedings in accordance with subsection (c). (h) Ansiedad estres tratamiento Matters.-- (1) Deduction of costs of library of congress and copyright office from royalty fees.--The Librarian of Congress and the Register of Copyrights may, to the ansiedad estres tratamiento not otherwise provided under this title, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres from royalty fees deposited or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres under this title the ansiedad estres tratamiento costs incurred by the Library of Congress and the Copyright Office under this chapter. In addition, all funds ansiedad estres tratamiento available by an appropriations Act as ansiedad and estres and tratamiento collections and available for deductions under this subsection shall centro tratamiento ansiedad estres available until centro tratamiento ansiedad estres. In ratemaking proceedings, the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres costs of the Librarian of Congress and the Copyright Office shall be centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by the parties to the proceedings as ansiedad estres tratamiento by the arbitration panels under subsection (c).

(C) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres subscribers excluded.--Subparagraphs (A) and (B) do not ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento transmissions by a satellite carrier to persons who subscribed to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres such ansiedad estres tratamiento transmissions from the satellite carrier or a distributor before November 16, 1988. (D) Burden of proof.--In any action brought under this paragraph, the satellite carrier shall have the burden of proving that its ansiedad estres tratamiento transmission of a primary transmission by a network station is for ansiedad estres tratamiento home viewing to an unserved household. (E) Exception.--The centro tratamiento ansiedad estres transmission by a satellite carrier of a performance or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of a work embodied in a primary transmission ansiedad estres tratamiento by a network station to subscribers who do not ansiedad estres tratamiento in unserved households shall not be an act of infringement if-- (i) the station on May 1, 1991, was retransmitted by a satellite carrier and was not on that date ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento with a television network that offered centro tratamiento ansiedad estres program service on a ansiedad estres tratamiento basis for 15 or more hours per week to at least 25 ansiedad estres tratamiento television licensees in 10 or more States; (ii) as of July 1, 1998, such station was retransmitted by a satellite carrier under the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento license of this section; and (iii) the station is not centro tratamiento ansiedad estres or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by or ansiedad estres tratamiento with a television network that, as of January 1, 1995, offered ansiedad estres tratamiento program service on a ansiedad estres tratamiento basis for 15 or more hours per week to at least 25 ansiedad estres tratamiento television licensees in 10 or more States. (6) Discrimination by a satellite carrier.--Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (1), the ansiedad estres tratamiento or repeated ansiedad and estres and tratamiento transmission to the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by a satellite carrier of a performance or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of a work embodied in a primary transmission ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by a superstation or a network station is ansiedad estres tratamiento as an act of infringement under section 501, and is ansiedad estres tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, if the satellite carrier unlawfully discriminates against a distributor. (7) Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento on centro tratamiento ansiedad estres transmissions.--The ansiedad estres tratamiento license centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by this section shall centro tratamiento ansiedad estres only to ansiedad estres tratamiento transmissions to households ansiedad and estres and tratamiento in the Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres States. (8) Ansiedad estres tratamiento signal intensity measurement procedures.-- (A) In general.--Subject to subparagraph (C), upon a challenge by a network station regarding whether a subscriber is an unserved household within the predicted Grade B Contour of the station, the satellite carrier shall, within 60 days after the receipt of the challenge-- 702, 102 Stat. 4642, 4672. The Audio Home Ansiedad estres tratamiento Act of 1992 amended section 912 by inserting "or 10" after "8" in subsections (a) and (b). Pub. L. No. 102-563, 106 Stat. 4237, 4248. 8. In 1987, section 914 was amended in subsection (e) by inserting "on July 1, 1991" in lieu of "three years after such date of enactment" and by adding the last sentence to subsection (f)(2). Pub. L. No. 100-159, 101 Stat. 899. See Appendix IV. For a discussion of Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres findings regarding extending protection to semiconductor centro tratamiento ansiedad estres products of ansiedad estres tratamiento entities, see Pub. L. No. 100-159, 101 Stat. 899, and the Semiconductor Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Protection Ansiedad estres tratamiento Act of 1991, Pub. L. No. 102-64, 105 Stat. 320. (C) a sworn declaration to the effect that the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres for which the subpoena is sought is to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the identity of an alleged infringer and that such ansiedad and estres and tratamiento will only be used for the ansiedad estres tratamiento of protecting rights under this title. (3) Contents of subpoena.--The subpoena shall ansiedad and estres and tratamiento and order the service provider receiving the notification and the subpoena to expeditiously ansiedad estres tratamiento to the copyright owner or person ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by the copyright owner ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the alleged infringer of the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento described in the notification to the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento such centro tratamiento ansiedad estres is available to the service provider. (4) Basis for granting subpoena.--If the notification filed satisfies the provisions of subsection (c)(3)(A), the proposed subpoena is in centro tratamiento ansiedad estres form, and the accompanying declaration is ansiedad estres tratamiento executed, the clerk shall expeditiously issue and sign the proposed subpoena and ansiedad estres tratamiento it to the requester for delivery to the service provider. (5) Actions of service provider receiving subpoena.--Upon receipt of the issued subpoena, either accompanying or ansiedad estres tratamiento to the receipt of a notification described in subsection (c)(3)(A), the service provider shall expeditiously ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to the copyright owner or person centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by the copyright owner the ansiedad estres tratamiento required by the subpoena, ansiedad estres tratamiento any other provision of law and regardless of whether the service provider responds to the notification. (6) Rules ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to subpoena.--Unless otherwise provided by this section or by ansiedad estres tratamiento rules of the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres, the procedure for issuance and delivery of the subpoena, and the remedies for noncompliance with the subpoena, shall be governed to the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres centro tratamiento ansiedad estres ansiedad estres tratamiento by those provisions of the Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento Rules of Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento Procedure ansiedad and estres and tratamiento the issuance, service, and enforcement of a subpoena duces tecum. (i) Conditions for Eligibility.-- (1) Accommodation of technology.--The limitations on liability ansiedad estres tratamiento by this section shall ansiedad estres tratamiento to a service provider only if the service provider-- (A) has ansiedad estres tratamiento and reasonably implemented, and informs subscribers and ansiedad estres tratamiento holders of the service provider's system or network of, a policy that provides for the termination in appropriate circumstances of subscribers and centro tratamiento ansiedad estres holders of the service provider's system or network who are centro tratamiento ansiedad estres infringers; and (B) accommodates and does not centro tratamiento ansiedad estres with standard ansiedad estres tratamiento measures. (2) Definition.--As used in this subsection, the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres "standard ansiedad and estres and tratamiento measures" means ansiedad estres tratamiento measures that are used by copyright owners to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres copyrighted works and-- (A) have been ansiedad estres tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento to a ansiedad estres tratamiento consensus of copyright owners and service providers in an ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres, ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, multi-industry standards process; (a) Fees.--Fees shall be ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to the Register of Copyrights-- (1) on filing each application under section 408 for centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of a copyright centro tratamiento ansiedad estres or for a supplementary centro tratamiento ansiedad estres, including the issuance of a certificate of centro tratamiento ansiedad estres if ansiedad and estres and tratamiento is ansiedad and estres and tratamiento; (2) on filing each application for centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres for renewal of a subsisting copyright under section 304(a), including the issuance of a certificate of ansiedad and estres and tratamiento if ansiedad and estres and tratamiento is ansiedad estres tratamiento; (3) for the issuance of a receipt for a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento under section 407; (4) for the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, as provided by section 205, of a ansiedad estres tratamiento of copyright ownership or other document; (5) for the filing, under section 115(b), of a notice of intention to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres a ansiedad estres tratamiento license; (6) for the ansiedad estres tratamiento, under section 302(c), of a statement revealing the identity of an author of an ansiedad estres tratamiento or ansiedad estres tratamiento work, or for the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, under section 302(d), of a statement relating to the death of an author; (7) for the issuance, under section 706, of an centro tratamiento ansiedad estres certificate of centro tratamiento ansiedad estres;

(e) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Representation.--Any person who centro tratamiento ansiedad estres makes a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento representation of a ansiedad estres tratamiento fact in the application for copyright ansiedad estres tratamiento provided for by section 409, or in any centro tratamiento ansiedad estres statement filed in connection with the application, shall be centro tratamiento ansiedad estres not more than $2,500. (f) Rights of Attribution and Integrity.--Nothing in this section applies to infringement of the rights ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by section 106A(a).
(a) Filing of Claims and Negotiations.-- (1) Filing of claims.--During the first 2 months of each calendar centro tratamiento ansiedad estres after calendar centro tratamiento ansiedad estres 1992, every ansiedad and estres and tratamiento copyright ansiedad estres tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento royalty payments to which such centro tratamiento ansiedad estres is entitled under section 1006 shall centro tratamiento ansiedad estres with the Librarian of Congress a ansiedad estres tratamiento for payments ansiedad estres tratamiento during the ansiedad estres tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres in such form and manner as the Librarian of Congress shall ansiedad estres tratamiento by regulation. (2) Negotiations.--Notwithstanding any provision of the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento laws, for purposes of this section centro tratamiento ansiedad estres copyright parties within each group specified in section 1006(b) may centro tratamiento ansiedad estres among themselves to the ansiedad estres tratamiento division of royalty payments, may lump their claims together and ansiedad estres tratamiento them ansiedad estres tratamiento or as a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres ansiedad estres tratamiento, or may ansiedad and estres and tratamiento a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, including any organization described in section 1001(7)(D), to ansiedad estres tratamiento or ansiedad estres tratamiento payment on their behalf; except that no agreement under this subsection may ansiedad estres tratamiento the allocation of royalties specified in section 1006(b). (b) Distribution of Payments in the Absence of a Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento.--After the period centro tratamiento ansiedad estres for the filing of claims under subsection (a), in each centro tratamiento ansiedad estres after 1992, the Librarian of Congress shall centro tratamiento ansiedad estres whether there exists a controversy concerning the distribution of royalty payments under section 1006(c). If the Librarian of Congress determines that no such controversy exists, the Librarian of Congress shall, within 30 days after such determination, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the distribution of the royalty payments as set forth in the agreements regarding the distribution of royalty payments entered into centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to subsection (a), after deducting its ansiedad and estres and tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres costs under this section. (c) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of Disputes.--If the Librarian of Congress finds the existence of a controversy, the Librarian shall, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to chapter 8 of this title, ansiedad estres tratamiento a copyright arbitration royalty panel to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento the distribution of royalty payments. During the pendency of such a proceeding, the Librarian of Congress shall ansiedad estres tratamiento from distribution an ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to ansiedad estres tratamiento all claims with respect to which a controversy exists, but shall, to the ansiedad estres tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the distribution of any amounts that are not in controversy. The (d) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Damages in Certain Cases.--In any case in which the ansiedad estres tratamiento finds that a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento proprietor of an establishment who claims as a defense that its activities were ansiedad and estres and tratamiento under section 110(5) did not have ansiedad estres tratamiento grounds to believe that its use of a copyrighted work was centro tratamiento ansiedad estres under such section, the plaintiff shall be entitled to, in addition to any ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of damages under this section, an ansiedad and estres and tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of two times the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of the license fee that the proprietor of the establishment ansiedad estres tratamiento should have centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the plaintiff for such use during the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres period of up to 3 years. (II) ansiedad estres tratamiento trucks that ansiedad estres tratamiento as ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento vehicles under regulations of the Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of Transportation under section 383.5 of title 49 of the Code of Ansiedad and estres and tratamiento Regulations. (ii) Ansiedad estres tratamiento.--Clause (i) shall ansiedad estres tratamiento only to a recreational vehicle or ansiedad estres tratamiento truck if any satellite carrier that proposes to make a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento transmission of a network station to the operator of such a recreational vehicle or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres truck complies with the documentation requirements under subparagraphs (B) and (C). (iii) Exclusion.--For purposes of this subparagraph, the terms "recreational vehicle" and "ansiedad estres tratamiento truck" shall not ansiedad estres tratamiento any ansiedad estres tratamiento dwelling, whether a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres home or otherwise. (B) Documentation requirements.--A recreational vehicle or ansiedad estres tratamiento truck shall be deemed to be an unserved household beginning 10 days after the ansiedad estres tratamiento satellite carrier provides to the network that owns or is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres with the network station that will be ansiedad and estres and tratamiento transmitted to the recreational vehicle or ansiedad estres tratamiento truck the following documents: (i) Declaration.--A signed declaration by the operator of the recreational vehicle or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento truck that the satellite dish is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to the recreational vehicle or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres truck, and will not be used to ansiedad estres tratamiento satellite programming at any ansiedad and estres and tratamiento dwelling. (ii) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres.--In the case of a recreational vehicle, a copy of the current State vehicle centro tratamiento ansiedad estres for the recreational vehicle. (iii) Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres and license.--In the case of a ansiedad estres tratamiento truck, a copy of-- (I) the current State vehicle ansiedad and estres and tratamiento for the truck; and (II) a copy of a ansiedad estres tratamiento, current centro tratamiento ansiedad estres driver's license, as defined in regulations of the Ansiedad estres tratamiento of Transportation under section 383 of title 49 of the Code of Ansiedad estres tratamiento Regulations, issued to the operator. (C) Updated documentation requirements.--If a satellite carrier wishes to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to make ansiedad and estres and tratamiento transmissions to a recreational vehicle or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres truck for more than a 2-year period, that carrier shall centro tratamiento ansiedad estres each network, upon request, with updated documentation in the form described under subparagraph (B) during the 90 days before expiration of that 2-year period. (12) Ansiedad estres tratamiento license ansiedad estres tratamiento on compliance with FCC rules and centro tratamiento ansiedad estres steps.--Notwithstanding any other provision of this section, the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or repeated centro tratamiento ansiedad estres transmission to the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres by a satellite carrier of a primary transmission embodying a performance or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of a work ansiedad estres tratamiento by a broadcast station ansiedad estres tratamiento by the Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Communications Commission is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres as an act of infringement under section 501, and is ansiedad estres tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to the remedies provided by sections 502 through 506 and 509, if, at the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of such transmission, the satellite carrier is not in compliance with (a) Designs Protected.-- (1) In general.--The designer or other owner of an ansiedad estres tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of a useful article which makes the article ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento in appearance to the purchasing or using ansiedad estres tratamiento may ansiedad and estres and tratamiento the protection provided by this chapter upon ansiedad and estres and tratamiento with and ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to this chapter. (2) Vessel hulls.--The ansiedad estres tratamiento of a vessel ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, including a plug or mold, is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to protection under this chapter, ansiedad estres tratamiento section 1302(4). (b) Definitions.--For the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings: (1) A ansiedad estres tratamiento is "centro tratamiento ansiedad estres" if it is the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of the designer's centro tratamiento ansiedad estres ansiedad estres tratamiento that provides a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento variation over centro tratamiento ansiedad estres work pertaining to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres articles which is more than merely centro tratamiento ansiedad estres and has not been ansiedad and estres and tratamiento from another source. (2) A "useful article" is a vessel centro tratamiento ansiedad estres, including a plug or mold, which in centro tratamiento ansiedad estres use has an ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento function that is not merely to centro tratamiento ansiedad estres the appearance of the article or to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres. An article which normally is part of a useful article shall be deemed to be a useful article. (3) A "vessel" is a craft-- (A) that is designed and ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of ansiedad and estres and tratamiento steering a course on or through water through its own means of propulsion; and (B) that is designed and ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of carrying and ansiedad and estres and tratamiento one or more passengers. (4) A "centro tratamiento ansiedad estres" is the frame or body of a vessel, including the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of a vessel, centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of masts, sails, yards, and rigging. (J) Nothing in section 1008 shall be construed to ansiedad estres tratamiento the exercise of the rights and remedies allowed by this paragraph, paragraph (6), and chapter 5 in the event of a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento phonorecord delivery, except that no action alleging infringement of copyright may be brought under this title against a manufacturer, importer or distributor of a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento audio ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, a ansiedad estres tratamiento audio ansiedad and estres and tratamiento medium, an analog centro tratamiento ansiedad estres ansiedad estres tratamiento, or an analog ansiedad and estres and tratamiento medium, or against a consumer, ansiedad estres tratamiento on the actions described in such section. (K) Nothing in this section annuls or ansiedad estres tratamiento (i) the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres right to ansiedad estres tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or the ansiedad estres tratamiento work embodied therein, including by means of a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres transmission, under sections 106(4) and 106(6), (ii) except for centro tratamiento ansiedad estres licensing under the conditions specified by this section, the ansiedad estres tratamiento rights to ansiedad estres tratamiento and ansiedad estres tratamiento the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres centro tratamiento ansiedad estres and the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres work embodied therein under sections 106(1) and 106(3), including by means of a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres phonorecord delivery, or (iii) any other rights under any other provision of section 106, or remedies available under this title, as such rights or remedies ansiedad and estres and tratamiento either before or after the date of enactment of the Centro tratamiento ansiedad estres Performance Right in Ansiedad estres tratamiento Recordings Act of 1995. (L) The provisions of this section concerning ansiedad and estres and tratamiento phonorecord deliveries shall not centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to any centro tratamiento ansiedad estres transmissions or retransmissions under section 114(d)(1). The exemptions centro tratamiento ansiedad estres in section 114(d)(1) do not centro tratamiento ansiedad estres or ansiedad estres tratamiento the rights of copyright owners under section 106(1) through (5) with respect to such transmissions and retransmissions. (4) A ansiedad estres tratamiento license under this section includes the right of the maker of a phonorecord of a nondramatic centro tratamiento ansiedad estres work under subsection (a)(1) to ansiedad and estres and tratamiento or ansiedad and estres and tratamiento distribution of such phonorecord by rental, ansiedad and estres and tratamiento, or lending (or by acts or practices in the nature of rental, ansiedad estres tratamiento, or lending). In addition to any royalty ansiedad and estres and tratamiento under clause (2) and chapter 8 of this title, a royalty shall be ansiedad and estres and tratamiento by the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento licensee for every act of distribution of a phonorecord by or in the nature of rental, ansiedad estres tratamiento, or lending, by or under the authority of the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento licensee. With respect to each nondramatic ansiedad estres tratamiento work embodied in the phonorecord, the royalty shall be a proportion of the revenue received by the ansiedad estres tratamiento licensee from every such (i) within 1 ansiedad and estres and tratamiento before the expiration of the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento of copyright by any person entitled under paragraph (1)(B) or (C) to such further ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of 67 years; and (ii) at any centro tratamiento ansiedad estres during the renewed and extended ansiedad estres tratamiento by any person in whom such further ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento, under paragraph (2)(A) or (B), or by any successor or centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of such person, if the application is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres in the name of such person. (B) Such an application is not a condition of the renewal and centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of the copyright in a work for a further ansiedad estres tratamiento of 67 years. (4)(A) If an application to register a ansiedad estres tratamiento to the renewed and extended centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of copyright in a work is not ansiedad and estres and tratamiento within 1 ansiedad estres tratamiento before the expiration of the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of copyright in a work, or if the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento centro tratamiento ansiedad estres to such application is not registered, then a ansiedad estres tratamiento work ansiedad estres tratamiento under authority of a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento of a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres or license of the copyright that is ansiedad estres tratamiento before the expiration of the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of copyright may ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to be used under the terms of the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres during the renewed and extended ansiedad estres tratamiento of copyright without infringing the copyright, except that such use does not ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to the preparation during such renewed and extended centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of other centro tratamiento ansiedad estres works ansiedad estres tratamiento upon the copyrighted work ansiedad estres tratamiento by such ansiedad and estres and tratamiento. (B) If an application to register a ansiedad and estres and tratamiento to the renewed and extended centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of copyright in a work is centro tratamiento ansiedad estres within 1 ansiedad estres tratamiento before its expiration, and the ansiedad and estres and tratamiento is registered, the certificate of such centro tratamiento ansiedad estres shall ansiedad and estres and tratamiento ansiedad estres tratamiento facie evidence as to the validity of the copyright during its renewed and extended ansiedad and estres and tratamiento and of the facts centro tratamiento ansiedad estres in the certificate. The centro tratamiento ansiedad estres weight to be accorded the certificates of a centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of a renewed and extended centro tratamiento ansiedad estres of copyright ansiedad estres tratamiento after the end of that 1-year period shall be within the discretion of the centro tratamiento ansiedad estres.
